Return & Refund Policy

We ensure high quality for all our products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product:

• Claim Window: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Eligibility: The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by purchase proof.

• Refund/Replacement: Upon inspecting the returned item, we will issue a replacement or process a refund to your bank account/card within 5–7 working days.
